Any Conditions: Materials are available for loan for University
of Texas faculty, staff and students, as well as Texas Department
of Transporation staff. Other loans may be arranged through special
consideration.
CTR reports are provide without charge to educational institutions,
governmental agencies, non-profit groups, and other transporation
agencies. We charge a fee for private agencies and the public.
