Ultra Low Emission Vehicle:
(ULEV) ULEV vehicles are generally electric or hybrid gasoline/electric vehicles. ULEV standards are the strictest release standards in the USA.
Under steer:
Under steer occurs when the front wheels give less steering than desired in a given direction. Usually the front wheels have lost adhesion and cannot guide effectively.
